A vineyard in the sky.

Robola, in our opinion, represents the complexity and diversity of the island. If, according to Mr. Sklavos, wine production is the result of a relationship, then this product is the result of the earth's stratifications in this special place, shaped by its conquerors (the Venetians) grafting the desire to produce wine, and preserving that deep connection to this Earth and all its ancestors.

For us, it emerges from the union of earth and sky within these specific vineyards, with Vladis and Spyros acting as intermediaries. It is an unexpected vineyard in the region of Lakomatia, stretching up to the sky where high-altitude vines touch the clouds.

Depending on the vine's location, three different Robolas emerge--each with its own distinct personality. For us, it is a vineyard in the sky, carrying the emblematic trace of Mount Ainos behind it and overlooking the Ionian Sea in front.

We are exceptionally proud of our collaboration with a pioneer winery in biodynamic cultivation in Greece, producing wines acclaimed worldwide. The tasting will feature 4 Robolas and will take place under the shade of an almond tree. It will certainly be a daring tasting.. Every relationship requires imagination and effort to create a spicy, perfect match!
